Maryland transfer Charles Mitchell eligible this season at Georgia Tech

Charles Mitchell was one of a handful of Terrapins to leave the Maryland program following the 2013-2014 season. Unlike his former teammates, Mitchell will be eligible to play this season after being granted a waiver, according to a report on Friday afternoon from Andy Katz of ESPN. Georgia Tech made the official announcement on Tuesday. (NBC Sports)
