Tar Heels Shoot Sixteen-over in Final Round, Place Twelfth


The University of North Carolina men's golf team fired a sixteen-over 304 in the final round at the Courtyard by Marriott Intercollegiate hosted by N.C. State. The Tar Heels were in 7th place to start the day, however fell to 12th place. Charlotte won the tournament by two strokes after shooting a four-under 284 in the final round, making them twelve-under for the tournament. (CSTV)
