Lucas: Pushing The Pace

There are essentially two beginnings to the 2014-15 basketball season. The first was Friday night, when the focus was on having fun, on some iffy dancing abilities and Kennedy Meeks' unexpectedly adept lip syncing. The other came Saturday morning, with the first "real" practice of this season. The Tar Heels practiced twice over the weekend, and will be off Monday before three straight practices starting Tuesday. (GoHeels.com)
