Larry Fedora compared North Carolina’s loss to Notre Dame Saturday to last year’s game against Miami — a loss that nonetheless helped spark a 5-game winning streak at the tail end of the season. If the Tar Heels expect a similar midseason turnaround, however, they’re going to have to face down a conference nemesis: Georgia Tech.
