Roy Williams speaks out on Wainstein Report

North Carolina head basketball coach Roy Williams spoke out about the Wainstein Report after the Tar Heels exhibition game Friday. Williams said the day the investigation was released was a sad day for him. “It's a very sad time for me. A guy that went here. You cut me open it's the color I bleed,” Williams said. Williams acknowledged the University made a lot of mistakes over a long period of time.
