Tar Heels Ranked No. 6 in Preseason AP Basketball Poll

The Associated Press released its 2014-15 preseason poll on Friday, and North Carolina will start the season in the top 10 for the ninth time in 12 seasons under head coach Roy Williams. The Tar Heels came in at No. 6, trailing No. 1 Kentucky, No. 2 Arizona, No. 3 Wisconsin, No. 4 Duke and No. 5 Kansas. This marks UNC's highest ranking in the preseason AP poll since 2011-12.
