Home Courts: Woollen Gym serves as link to past for UNC basketball

North Carolina is a basketball state. The story of how it got to be that way was written on courts both well-known and virtually unknown. In the Home Courts series, we’re visiting nine of them. Instead of the cavernous arenas where most of the biggest games are played, these are the smaller places that played big roles on our state’s hoops history. The seventh installment tells the story of UNC's Woollen Gym.
