UNC defense tightens up in exhibition victory
Posted Nov 8, 2014
In the final warm-up before the regular season begins, North Carolina dominated Division-II opponent Belmont Abbey from the opening tip. UNC took the lead just 15 seconds into on a Brice Johnson lay-up en route to a 112-34 shellacking of the Crusaders. No matter the opponent or the circumstance, allowing only 34 points in 40 minutes of basketball is an impressive feat.
