Pitt's Conner is a beast, and Tar Heels know it
Posted Nov 12, 2014
Pittsburgh’s James Conner leads the conference — and is fourth in the country — at 149.1 rushing yards per game. His 17 touchdowns also lead the ACC and have him tied for third in the NCAA. Tar Heel coach Larry Fedora was asked earlier this week if that was a significant challenge. Which, of course, it is. Fedora answered it with a statement along the lines of, “You can’t stop him; you can only hope to contain him.”
