Hall of Fame coaches: Check. Preseason All-Americans: Check. Top-10 teams: Check. The expanded ACC, which sits at 15 teams with Louisville taking a spot vacated by Maryland, has the means to finally reclaim bragging rights as the best college basketball conference in the country. For the perception to change, though, postseason accomplishments matter. Only one of the league's six NCAA tournament teams advanced to the Sweet 16 last season, and an ACC school hasn't reached the Final Four since Duke won the national title in 2010.
