Roy Williams named to Hall of Fame

His first basketball team at Owen High posted a 2-19 record in the 1973-74 season. But since then there have been a lot of coaching victories for Roy Williams, who achieved another triumph on Monday. The head coach at UNC who grew up in Asheville was among a class of seven selected to the Basketball Hall of Fame. (Asheville Citizen-Times)
