Lady Tar Heels had plenty of defense

The Lady Tar Heels' season is finished because of the way they started and finished the game Sunday night in their 56-50 loss to Tennessee at Quicken Loans Arena. UNC went scoreless for the game's first 5:26, then scored just two points in the final 8:18 as a 12-point lead evaporated and the Lady Volunteers earned a date with Rutgers on Tuesday in the national championship game.
