Tar Heels offer big Virginia tackle Josh Ball


North Carolina offered 2016 offensive tackle Josh Ball (Fredericksburg, VA/Stafford) on Friday night per Evan Watkins of VTScoop and confirmed by Ball on Saturday. Ball is a 247Sports Composite three-star prospect. The 6-foot-6, 305-pound prospect has offers from Virginia Tech, South Carolina, West Virginia, Penn State, Maryland, Duke, and Virginia, among others. Ball was a full participant at UNC's 2014 Freak Show in Kenan Stadium on June 21st. (Carolina Blue)
