Posted Dec 17, 2014
When it comes to value, Carolina is still number one. UNC-Chapel Hill ranks, for the 14th time in a row, as the best value in American public higher education, according to Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine. The new ranking appears in the February 2015 issue and was posted December 17 online. UNC has topped the list every time since Kiplinger’s began issuing the rankings in 1998.
