2010 Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl: North Carolina 30, Tennessee 27 The most memorable game of the Derek Dooley era, probably, was also Dooley's first and last bowl game in three seasons. The Volunteers thought they won and celebrated, but officials ruled that Tar Heels QB T.J. Yates had spiked the ball with one second left, even as half the team was on the field, resulting in an illegal substitution penalty.
