Piscataway and Chapel Hill mayors make wager on Rutgers-North Carolina bowl game

The mayors of Piscataway and Chapel Hill, N.C., have placed a friendly wager on the Rutgers-North Carolina matchup in Friday's Quick Lane Bowl (4:30 p.m., ESPN). The stakes: the losing team's mayor will wear the opposing team's jersey at the first council meeting of 2015.
