Quick Lane Bowl scouting report: Rutgers vs. North Carolina
Posted Dec 26, 2014
North Carolina aims to snap the ball every 12 or 13 seconds, which doesn't leave much time for a defense to get set, let alone substitute as Rutgers likes to do along the defensive line. Rutgers has five seniors playing their final game alongside four other second-year starters and will count on experience to eliminate some of the confusion caused by making calls on the fly with little time between plays for adjustments.
