UNC students turn out to support injured classmate

Ray, a 21-year-old student from Concord who portrayed the university's mascot, remained in critical condition Sunday in a Hackensack, N.J., hospital with serious head injuries after being hit by an SUV on Friday before UNC's NCAA basketball tournament game.
