Roy Williams to watch 2016 wing Maverick Rowan

UNC assistant Hubert Davis must have liked what he saw out of Maverick Rowan Thursday night. Roy Williams is expected to watch the 2016 6-7 small forward in the coming days, according to recruiting analyst Corey Evans. Rowan scored 20 points in a win for his Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons squad. Rowan has offers from Florida, Florida State, Iowa State, Louisville, N.C. State and others. At one time he was committed to Pittsburgh, where he is originally from.
