The Power 5 conferences approved autonomy legislation Saturday to allow for full cost of attendance for scholarship athletes as part of a historic vote at the NCAA Convention in Washington D.C. The 65 institutions in the ACC, SEC, Big 10, Big 12 and PAC 12, as well as 15 student-athlete representatives, voted 79-1 to pass the measure of cost of attendance with the only “no” vote coming from an unidentified ACC school.
