Chapel Hill mayor will wear Rutgers shirt after losing bet with Piscataway mayor

Piscataway mayor Brian Wahler presented a Rutgers shirt to Chapel Hill mayor Mark Kleinschmidt on Friday as a result of the wager they made on the Quick Lane Bowl matchup between Rutgers and North Carolina on Dec. 26. Rutgers beat the Tar Heels, 40-21, so Kleinschmidt will have to wear the Rutgers shirt at a council meeting in Chapel Hill. (NJ.com)
