Turnovers at root of Tar Heels’ problem

Just 48 hours after the Tar Heels coughed it up 19 times in a loss at Louisville, UNC handed Virginia the ball 13 times in Monday’s 75-64 loss to the third-ranked Cavaliers. “Not a lot to say guys, they kicked our butts,” UNC coach Roy Williams said.” It’ll help us to get some practice time.” UNC allowed 18 points off turnovers on Monday night, or almost a quarter of Virginia’s total.
