Scoring quickly after their opponent scores on them is perhaps the greatest indicator of how effective the Tar Heels' running game is on a given night. Any team can take advantage of a steal in the open court or ignite its fast break when a long rebound bounces to its point guard, but UNC prides itself on running every possession.
