DeCourcy: Commissioners Bowlsby, Scott should be done with freshman ineligibility campaign

A few of these men in very high places were at it again this past week, telling Jon Solomon of CBS Sports that consideration must be given to making freshmen ineligible for NCAA competition with the idea it would “restore credibility and integrity to college basketball,” as Pac-12 Conference commissioner Larry Scott put it. In other words, instead of building a highway to college for young basketball prospects, Scott and some others would like to build a moat.
