Arkansas guard Michael Qualls thought for a second, and his face lit up. What Qualls has been looking for is a team willing to run with Arkansas, and he believes he has found that elusive running mate in North Carolina, just in time for the NCAA's round of 32. "That slow tempo is boring," he said. "We've finally found someone willing to get up and down with us."
