Roy Williams ignoring likeness to 2005


The No. 1 regional seed is about the only similarity coach Roy Williams sees his current North Carolina team sharing with his 2005 NCAA tournament champions. Comparisons to 2005 are becoming more frequent because the current team's seed heading into Thursday's NCAA tournament opener with Eastern Kentucky makes it a favorite to reach the Final Four and contend for the NCAA title.
