It's finally official: Adam Warren is the Yankees' No. 5 starter

It's been common knowledge since New York Yankees GM Brian Cashman called him the Secretariat of the No. 5 starter competition, but Joe Girardi finally made it official Wednesday: Adam Warren has won the fifth starting pitching job. He will start on Saturday April 11 against the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium. Asked for his reasoning, Girardi ran down a list of Warren's assets.
