Game of Hoopla: 'Tip Off Town' aims to shine more light on city image during NCAA tournament

During the games, fans with or without tickets will be able to pile into the Coliseum Annex, which is next to Joel Coliseum, for food and beer from local vendors in what officials are calling a sports-bar atmosphere for all ages. Bucky Dame, the coliseum director, said that tickets for the games have been sold out for months, and that opening the annex would allow people to watch the games on 14-foot-wide projection screens.
