Carolina To Open in Winston-Salem; Duke Heads to Buffalo

North Carolina was the regular season co-champion and tournament champion of the highest rated conference in the nation. The Tar Heels will get to stay close to home as the No. 1 seed, with their first-round game against Eastern Kentucky to be played in Winston-Salem. (WRAL.com)
