Destiny Vs. Destined?

On Saturday - when the late N.C. State coach Jim Valvano would have turned 61 - the Wolfpack continued their magical March with a 72-64 victory against Virginia Tech in an ACC semifinal. UNC, seeking to tie Duke's record of a 16th overall ACC Tournament title, also has long-range implications at stake. If the Tar Heels are defeated today, they might be knocked out of a No. 1-seeded position for the NCAA Tournament. (Tampa Tribune)
