Jalek Felton earns MVP honors at USA Basketball event

Mullins guard Jalek Felton won MVP honors and was on the winning squad at the USA Basketball 3x3 U18 national tournament. Felton's squad went 8-0 in the two-day tournament, which wrapped up Sunday. By winning the championship, The Stars will represent USA Basketball at the FIBA 3x3 World Championship on June 4-7 in Debreceen, Hungary. “That was my whole goal coming out here — making my team better,” Felton said in a release. "I just wanted to win.”
