Sylvester Williams eager to get stronger, take reins at nose tackle

The switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 defense perhaps places more pressure on Sylvester Williams than any defender on the Denver Broncos. But the third-year tackle says he ready. He's eager for the opportunity, and has taken steps to prove to the team's new coaching staff he can fill the void left by Terrance Knighton and take the reins at nose tackle. It started a couple months ago.
