The Big 12 will actually have 'One True Champion' now

This season, the Big 12 really will have One True Champion. Following two days of meetings here with its coaches and athletic directors, the conference that saw co-champions Baylor and TCU excluded from last year's first-ever College Football Playoff announced a formal tiebreaking procedure to determine its football champion.
