Emphasis on football recruiting in south Florida should pay off for UNC

Last week, it was reported that North Carolina offered seven prospects in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in a single day. While the Tar Heels could get several or none of those specific prospects offered, the higher point is that North Carolina is now emphasizing the area. Running backs coach Larry Porter, one of the best recruiters in college football, is working the area for the Tar Heels and that can only pay dividends for the following reasons.
