Scout.com Updated 2016 Basketball Top 100

With the spring coming to an end and the summer getting ready to gear up, Scout's basketball recruiting team has updated the 2016 top 100. The top three, of Harry Giles, Josh Jackson and Jayson Tatum, remained the same, but there were plenty of big movers in the new batch of rankings. The truth is you could make a case for any of these three players as the top prospect in the class. But someone has to be one and Giles is currently slotted at that spot.
