Doctor Who is to face his biggest real-life enemy – the tallest man in Europe. British former basketball ace Neil Fingleton, who is 7ft 7in, will play underwater creature the Fisher King, a crashed alien that makes its home in Loch Ness. He will tower over Peter Capaldi’s Doctor, who is 6ft, and 5ft 1in Jenna Coleman’s Clara in a two-part story in the new BBC1 series - the Doctor's ninth - starting in the autumn.
