Ex-UNC wrestling coach CD Mock issues statement about his firing

C.D. Mock, who was fired as head coach of the University of North Carolina wrestling program after 12 seasons last Friday, issued a statement about his dismissal on his blog Sunday, saying that he was not surprised, and reiterating that it had nothing to do with the performance of the Tar Heels on the mat or in the classroom.
