Danny Green's rise to two-way wing another cog to keep Spurs way intact


The assumption at the end of the season that it was only a matter of weeks before would be cashing an eight-figure paycheck glosses over how close he came to being washed out of the league. He was selected in the second round of the 2009 draft by the Cavaliers.
