US News & World Report: UNC Hospitals Ranks Nationally


US News and World Report has just released its annual list of “America’s Best Hospitals,” and UNC Hospitals were recognized all across the board. The list ranks UNC Hospitals as the no. 3 hospital in North Carolina and no. 2 in the Raleigh-Durham area. (Duke University Hospital ranked no. 1 in the state.) UNC Hospitals also ranked in the top 50 in the nation in five specialties: cancer, gynecology, pulmonology, urology, and ear, nose and throat. (Chapelboro.com)
