Fedora: We wrote 100 problems on the board

The 2014 UNC football season was full of issues. Beyond an inept defense, other problems with leadership, buying-in, and player/staff relationships led to a 6-7 season and two disastrous end-of-season losses to N.C. State and Rutgers in the bowl game. UNC head coach Larry Fedora and his staff worked to identify the problems, talked about the issues, ways to improve, and then moved on from there.
