Coaches pick Harry Giles as best player and pro prospect
Posted Aug 3, 2015
Harry Giles has been ranked as Scout’s top player since last summer, and the only time he relinquished the position was when he was out with a serious knee injury. Now fully healthy, not only is Giles Scout’s selection for the top prospect in the 2016 class, he’s also the coaches' selection for best player and pro prospect, regardless of class. Of the 102 votes, Giles received 37 in the best current player voting. That’s 26 more votes than Jayson Tatum, who checked in at No. 2.
