The Sacramento Bee reports that The McClatchy Company—the Sacramento-based parent company of The News & Observer and several other dailies across the country—has been warned by the New York Stock Exchange that its stock price has fallen below the $1-a-share minimum threshold, jeopardizing the company’s continued listing on the exchange.
