For all the talk about the Oscars, there's a bigger award -- at least in these parts -- that's still to be determined. ACC player of the year. Who's No. 1? Tyler Hansbrough's 67.03 efficiency rating is the highest of the four candidates. Thornton is next (64.03) and Dudley third (62.01). "He's a handful," N.C. State coach Sidney Lowe said of Hansbrough.
