Bug Howard, not Pharoh Cooper, gets 2016 NFL Draft stock off to good start

Instead, early on it was North Carolina wideout Johnathan "Bug" Howard who provided the buzz, setting a new career-high in receiving yards by halftime and finishing with six receptions for a game-high 114 yards and a touchdown in a losing effort.
