UNC was better, but Lowe left early
Posted Feb 22, 2007
Sidney Lowe arrived in Chapel Hill feeling weaker than usual. On Tuesday he confided to some in the media that he wasn't 100 percent healthy. By halftime, with his team trailing by a point, Lowe walked into the Wolfpack dressing room and wanted to return but Dr. Bob Wyker ruled against it. When he didn't return to coach the second half, assistant Monte Towe took over. Unfortunately, for the Wolfpack, so did the Tar Heels.
