UNC takes a share of first in ACC

It wasn't first-rate execution down the stretch, but it turned out to be good enough for first place. No. 4 North Carolina went the final 3 minutes, 48 seconds without a field goal Saturday night but still got past No. 21 Boston College in men's basketball, beating the Eagles 77-72 at Conte Forum to move into a tie for the ACC lead with Virginia.
