Uneasy Eagles: Boston College sees life atop the ACC as a perilous thing

Snow lines the campus streets, and doubt surrounds Boston College's drive for ACC glory. The winter storm and the midwinter's nightmare hit the Eagles on the same Wednesday. Reeling Duke knocked the ACC leader for a loop 78-70, and what began as one of the grandest basketball weeks in school history suddenly turned into a salvage operation. Next listing ship on the list: North Carolina, tonight at 9 o'clock.
