Predicting the top 20 wings for the 2015-16 college basketball season

Justin Jackson arrived in Chapel Hill last season as a consensus top-15 recruit in the class of 2014, but he didn’t garner as much attention as some of his freshman peers. That’s likely to change this season, because Jackson—a possible first-round pick in this year’s draft had he declared—should be one of the top scorers on a national championship contender.
