The Mets have waited forever for this moment — nine long years in the Yankees’ shadow. They finally have greater New York to themselves, and will be looking to prove to the skeptics and non-believers that they’re tough enough not just to have beaten Kershaw in Game 1, but able to rally from a setback like Tejada’s injury in Game 2. That’s where Harvey comes in. He’ll feed off the energy in the stands and, you bet, the anger, too.
