The way Tyler Hansbrough works out, eats, stretches and generally takes care of his body might be psycho, but it's far from crazy. It is planned and methodical and has played a large role in making him one of the most powerful and durable players in the country. "And that puts him in a position where he can do things a longer period of time that most people can't - at a higher level."
